本期刊第一辑征稿工作已经完成，近期将统筹出版。为迎接天津工业大学即将于2026年10月下旬举办的“第三届中华优秀传统文化与技艺国际交流论坛”，特开展第二辑征稿工作，届时将诚邀第一辑和第二辑作者参加国际论坛活动。本次征稿意在汇聚全球学者之智慧，共同推进中华优秀传统文化与技艺的国际传承与发展，以及国际文化交流互鉴等领域的深度研究。本征稿诚挚邀请文化研究、艺术学、社会学、国际关系等相关领域的学者，围绕征稿范围中议题，提交具备严谨学术性、创新性与清晰逻辑性的高质量学术论文。借助这一学术交流平台，期望推动多元学术观点的碰撞与融合，为中华文化传承创新与中外文明交流互鉴研究注入新的活力，助力全球文化的多样性与共同发展。
The call for papers for Volume 1 of this journal has been completed, and publication arrangements are now underway. To welcome the **3rd International Forum on the Exchange of Traditional Chinese Culture and Arts**, to be held by Tiangong University in late October 2026, we are now inviting submissions for Volume 2. Authors of both Volume 1 and Volume 2 will be cordially invited to attend the international forum. This call for papers aims to gather the wisdom of scholars worldwide to jointly advance the international inheritance and development of fine traditional Chinese culture and arts, as well as in-depth research in fields such as international cultural exchange and mutual learning. We sincerely invite scholars in cultural studies, art studies, sociology, international relations, and related fields to submit high-quality academic papers that are academically rigorous, innovative, and logically coherent, focusing on the topics within the scope of this call. Through this academic exchange platform, we hope to foster the collision and integration of diverse academic perspectives, inject new vitality into research on the inheritance and innovation of Chinese culture and mutual learning among Chinese and foreign civilizations, and contribute to global cultural diversity and common development.
征稿范围：
1.中华优秀传统文化与技艺的国际传承与发展研究。
2.国际文化交流互鉴的理论与实践探索。
3.文化与技艺传承创新的策略与方法研究。
4.跨文化交流中的文化认同与差异分析。
5. AI科技助力文化交流互鉴路径研究。
6.与论坛主题相关的其他学术研究成果。
**Scope of the Call for Papers:**
1. Research on the international inheritance and development of fine traditional Chinese culture and arts.
2. Theoretical and practical exploration of international cultural exchange and mutual learning.
3. Strategies and methods for the inheritance and innovation of culture and arts.
4. Analysis of cultural identity and differences in cross-cultural exchange.
5. Research on pathways for AI technology to facilitate cultural exchange and mutual learning.
6. Other academic research results related to the theme of the forum.
征稿要求：
1.投稿论文须为未公开发表的原创作品，内容翔实、观点鲜明、逻辑清晰，紧密围绕征稿范围展开。
2.论文格式需符合学术论文规范，包括标题、摘要、关键词、正文、参考文献等部分，确保论文的学术性和规范性。
3.优秀稿件作者将受邀参加“第三届中华优秀传统文化与技艺国际交流论坛”。
4.国内研究生投稿需与校内导师合作，确保稿件的质量和学术价值。导师可以作为第一作者或通讯作者，以学校的相关实验室或院系为依托进行投稿。
5.所有投稿论文将经过严格的学术审查流程，确保期刊收录的均为高质量学术论文。
6.稿件接收中文、英文投稿，英文投稿需附中文摘要。
**Submission Requirements:**
1. Submitted papers must be original works that have not been previously published. They should be substantiated in content, clear in viewpoint, and logically coherent, and must closely align with the scope of this call.
2. Papers must conform to academic writing standards, including title, abstract, keywords, main text, and references, ensuring the academic quality and standardization of the paper.
3. Authors of outstanding submissions will be invited to attend the **3rd International Forum on the Exchange of Traditional Chinese Culture and Arts**.
4. Domestic graduate students must submit their papers in collaboration with an on-campus supervisor to ensure the quality and academic value of the manuscript. The supervisor may serve as the first author or corresponding author, and submissions should be affiliated with a relevant laboratory or department of the university.
5. All submissions will undergo a rigorous academic review process to ensure that only high-quality academic papers are included in the journal.
6. Submissions are accepted in both Chinese and English. English submissions must be accompanied by a Chinese abstract.

Submissions are accepted from now until **October 15, 2026**. Please submit your paper as early as possible to allow sufficient time for subsequent academic review and editorial work.
出版计划：
经过学术审查的论文将被收入《文明交流互鉴研究》（国际统一刊号：ISSN2979-0875），按照投稿录用顺序分期出版，面向全球发行。出版后，期刊将向国内外相关学术机构、图书馆及研究人员推广，以扩大其学术影响力。
**Publication Plan:**
Papers that pass the academic review will be included in the *Journal of Studies on Mutual Learning Among Civilizations* (International Standard Serial Number: ISSN 2979-0875), and published in separate issues in the order of acceptance, with global distribution. Upon publication, the journal will promote the volume to relevant academic institutions, libraries, and researchers both in China and abroad to expand its academic influence.
